We are from out of town and happened upon Dee while looking at new homes in the Tyler area. We were immediately impressed by her kindness, professionalism, and authenticity, and quickly knew she was the right person to help us find just the right home for our needs. Throughout the journey, Dee was incredibly patient with us. Since we could only drive in on weekends, we often emailed or texted her at the last minute when we saw homes we were interested in—and she never missed a beat. My wife and I purchased our first home with Nan and it was nothing but a breeze! We looked at probably over 10 houses total, her PATIENCE, HONESTY, and PROFESSIONALISM was absolutely outstanding! If it wasnt a right fit, she was honest knowing what are needs and wants were! It was certainly painless and such a stress relief working with her.
