Cathy Daniels without a doubt is one of the best agents we have had the privilege of working with. She is extremely knowledgeable about her territory, and has all the skills that are required to fulfill her clients needs. She never failed to return a phone call, day or night. Her expertise does not stop at the closing table. She has been able to provide information and help for everything from where to find the electric company to how to find a painter. Cathy is the kind of person you see and ask, "How does she have time to get everything done in her life, AND, still be able to help me and my family purchase a home?" From the moment I started working with her, I knew I landed the right agent. It wasn't based on her "knowledge, the utilization of her professional tools of her industry, but quite simply, her attentiveness to what my requirements were for purchasing my home. She listens to her clients and it reflects in how she was able to successfully find exactly what we were wanting in a home. When I presented objections or challenges to her regarding certain homes, she had discussions you would expect a Realtor to have on your behalf. When scheduling conflicts arose, she accommodated me, even on a Sunday. I could write a dissertation on why I will continue to work with Cathy in the future, but if I were to only use adjectives to describe my experience getting to know her and work with her, I would describe this experience as: Phenomenal. Dedicated, Committed, Persistent, a Formidable Negotiator, Patient, Consistent, Available, Great Listener, Laser-focused in her processes and execution. GOLDEN!

Honestly, the best realtor in East Texas. She has sold two properties for us. Working with others, I thought realtors had an easy job until I met Cathy. All of the things she does behind the scenes is mind blowing! Whether it's helping you with interior design, landscaping, professional photography/video, or getting in at 4am to do office work so she can have the rest of the day buying and selling your home, the list of things we don't even realize she does is what sets her apart from others. She is driven and already a VERY well accomplished realtor. That's one thing that becomes quickly apparent when you first meet her; she's a true seasoned pro that knows the East Texas market. She does not have to work as hard as she does, but everyone can tell she loves what she does. There’s a good chance she already has a buyer looking for what you have or a seller offering that unique property you want. She has all the connections to get the deal done. Whether it's a property that's small, big, rural, or in the city it doesn't matter. Give her a call!

Cathy was kept us up to date on what was going on with our house - if it was shown and feedback. She was fantastic in negotiation and mad a world of difference to us! Cathy is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. We would use her again.

While Cathy did not sell our house, it must be said that she showed the best ethics and integrity in her industry. And that is what is most important, ethics and integrity.
