We cannot say enough good things about Ashley. This was our second home buying experience and it was not an easy one. From the start we had obstacle after obstacle. Ashley went to bat for us on multiple occasions and fought hard for us at every turn. We are so thankful we had her because I do not think we would have gotten our dream home without her! She is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and made this process so much easier than it could have been. I cannot recommend her enough! Do yourself a favor and use her for your next home sale or purchase.

Ashley is awesome to work with! As a first-time homebuyer, the process felt overwhelming at times, but having the right realtor made all the difference. Ashley Kelker is as professional as she is personable. She kept Ward and I well informed, gave great advice and provided attentive customer service. She caught a $2,000 error on our closing statement. She has great communication skills and was fun to work with, yet she is a tough negotiator. She kept our heads up when the property search process stressed us out. We recommend her without reservation.

Ashley was wonderful to work with. Due to personal circumstances, the search for the right property and the right time to buy took over a year and during that time Ashley helped educate me about the market and toured numerous properties with me.
