My elderly mother decided that at 87 years old, 10 acres was too much to maintain after managing it for over five years after my father passed away. She decided to move in with my husband and I, and sell her house. Her neighbors recommended Amanda, because they had such a great experience with Amanda both as a seller and as a buyer. We decided to try Amanda, and did not have a second of regret. I don't really know where to begin in talking about what a positive experience it was in working with Amanda. She is enthusiastic, compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in finding the right person for the right home. Amanda will literally go the extra mile for you. She is honest and will answer your questions thoroughly, and never seemed offended in responding to any questions or concerns we had, mainly with paperwork. If you need additional services, she will point you in the right directions. She is a skilled listener for what your needs are, and is very patient if you change your mind about something. My parents had over 50 years of accumulated memories in their house and on the property. Amanda was very respectful and courteous as she came in while we were in the middle of moving. She wasn't intruding, we invited her; although concerned the mess might scare her away. Amanda is an optimistic person and very confident; which is contagious. From the time we first phoned Amanda Money, to the time the house closed, less than 30 days passed! From the decision to sell, to a direct deposit in the bank--less than a month. While the end result was amazing and astounding, the process of working with Amanda and her supportive husband was even more awesome. Amanda even sent my mother flowers after the sale had closed. We are so grateful to my mother's neighbors who recommended Amanda, and to the neighbor who helped us with the moving. Way to go, Amanda Money!!!!!

Amanda did a great job getting our homestead sold! She was very forward in her approach to advertising and marketing not only the acreage, but future market appreciation value. She was able to help negotiate terms between parties effectively and smoothly, closing on our house in under 3 months! Thank you Amanda Money and team for such fantastic service!

Not only did I trust and ask Ashley to help me pick a home so I could purchase it site unseen but she did an AMAZING job. The house is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. She was very conscientious about my price range, neighborhood, and amount of money/work that would need to go into it. She didn’t mind searching until she found the right fit (and dealt with me sending numerous houses to her at all times). She made the process so easy from start to finish and really cared about helping make it as stress free as possible. Couldn’t imagine using anyone else!

Highly recommended! Ashley was calm and professional through every step of the process of buying our home, even when my wife and I were about to pull our hair out from frustration at the sellers. She represented us well through some tough negotiations. Most importantly - Ashley was prompt! Always responsive, and easy to reach. We were never waiting on her. I wish the sellers' agent had been as reliable.
