We worked with Julie remotely, she was our eyes and ears on the ground, we relied on her knowledge of the market and ability to translate our requirements into reality. We leveraged Julie to perform virtual tours, to negotiate and work with the seller for repairs, and to extend key dates to negate risk of deposit. Julie was also very knowledgeable and helpful connecting us to local services, both financial and for home repair, during and after closing. A year later, she remains available to help with market related questions. We have bought and sold several homes, Julie was among the best agents we have worked with.

Julie wasn’t upfront and honest with her services. She failed to provide a written copy of the listing agreement and attempted to retroactively change the date on the listing agreement without my consent. I didn’t receive the agreement until 2 weeks later. Julie received disciplinary action for her mistake. However, please beware!

Julie did a great job helping us find a job! Her negotiation skills is unmatched when we were in a bidding war. I couldn't recommend Julie enough to someone looking for a home in the Tulsa area.

Answered all of our questions and made our first time home buying experience amazing !! Expanding the process of all the questions we had and told us why and why not to do things. I would recommended her to anyone is wanting to buy a home!
