Michelle is an outstanding agent. She was my 5th agent searching for a home in the Chapel Hill area. She was very knowledgeable and if she didn't have the answer she would find out. Unlike other agents she would seek out homes about to be listed but not yet available that fit our search criteria. She was very helpful once we decided to bid. The closing went very smoothly. She was always very responsive and answered all emails and texts very promptly. I would recommend her without reservation

Armand and Team were nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! The agent treated me with dignity and respect. I am disabled and unable to attend meetings, etc. She came to my house with documents to review and sign for both the selling and buying of properties. All went so smoothly. It was apparent she had my interest and concerns as a priority. A true advocate.

Armand and his Team did a great job for us. Armand initially reacted very quickly when we were ready to list. The sale was through a relocation company so that made things a little more complicated but the Team handled everything with speed and precision. The entire transaction went through smoothly and I can't thank Armand enough for making the process as easy and efficient as possible.
