I lived in Vancouver, British Columbia for many years and my real estate agents Andrew and Jill Hasman were wonderful and well known and became good friends of mine. When I moved to the D.C. area they took it upon themselves to research and find me the best realtor in the area. Thus..... Ariana!!!! Ariana sold two properties for me and found two properties for me over the years. Always professional, so knows fluctuating markets, listens to you and responds immediately. She gives you her professional advise and thinks outside the box... a trait I find many realtors do not possess. She s kind, and honest and truely is your advocate. I would highly recommend her.

If we could offer six stars, we would. Ariana was patient, professional, responsive and a consummate expert over the course of our three-year home search. She was able to anticipate our questions and needs before we had even thought to ask on many occasions. Her attention to detail and strong grasp of the negotiations process ensured she represented us strongly in the purchasing process; she always had our back on matters both big and small. She accommodated our busy schedules and was always reachable, making us feel as if we were truly VIP clients. When we elected to temporarily hit pause on our search due to the shifting Washington, D.C. economic landscapes, Ariana offered zero pressure, encouragement, and understanding. Lastly, Ariana's support didn't end with our closing process. She worked tirelessly to ensure we were fully satisfied with our home, even supporting our renovations and other minor projects in our absence with no promise of any gain other than to offer exceptional customer service to her clients. We are happy to have found our realtor in the DMV and plan to stick with Ariana in the many years ahead. Thank you for everything!

Ms. Lucas helped me purchase and sale my property. She truly helped alleviate the stress and anxiety of not knowing. Was very receptive to all documents and time management. Ariana was fantastic from the start. We viewed several homes in various neighborhoods and ultimately decided on one in Dupont. She was patient and knowledgeable, offering valuable advice throughout the process. She also provided excellent referrals for legal assistance and the title company, which helped us move quickly. Ariana negotiated on our behalf and guided us in making a sound decision. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking an agent in the DMV area.

Ariana, together with her assistant, Christina, has helped me and my wife so much in our first time of selling our house. Ariana has always been ready to respond to any questions. She even worked late nights or even weekends, just to make all the steps from preparing our house to finally selling it as smooth as possible.
