Anthony is very knowledgeable of available properties in and around the Myrtle Beach area. His experience and knowledge of the area was a great fit for us. My wife and I expressed what we were looking for and he intuitively selected the most attractive properties suited to what we were looking for. His timely correspondence via e-mail kept us informed and in the loop. He is very thorough and walked us through all of the proceedings making this a comfortable transaction. Anthony and his team were very responsive to every question and need along our path to finding the perfect condominium in Myrtle Beach. He provided personal knowledge of roadways and properties near the beach but away from tourist traffic and noise. His team helped us with HOA questions and available home owner warranty services. We were notified by personal telephone calls and e-mails throughout our buying process. Anthony and his team are the BEST Realtor Team on the beach! Anthony Wise and his associates are absolutely wonderful!!! I have not come across another real estate agent who is more knowledgeable of the Grand Strand (and even outside of the Grand Strand), the homebuying process, closing, etc. His years of experience reflect in the way he represents his clients as he doesn’t miss a beat. Wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, killer negotiation skills, and protective of his clients best interest makes for the perfect combination! Anthony is truly the best. Class act! Made me feel like family.

Anthony is very knowledgeable and comes highly recommended a great realtor to work with! We were not the easiest to work with on our needs, Anthony took time and showed a lot more than average number homes shown by most realtors
