Annette was a wonder agent for us! She was recommended by a friend, and we are so grateful for going with her. She is timely in her responses (and was willing to use texting, which we prefer!) We are first time home buyers and Annette didn’t judge when we didn’t know something (practically everything), but explained it in layman’s terms, and was able to see/explain all of the problems in a house right away. We also faced some frustrations with the seller’s agent, and Annette handled it very well with our best interests in mind. Additionally, Annette connected us with a great team of an insurance agent, lender, and title company. Towards the end of our process, we worked with Jennifer on Annette’s team and she was wonderful and helpful also! We had a very positive experience, especially during COVID-19!

They helped us price the house appropriately, gave us valuable suggestions to fix and stage the house, then marketed the house aggressively to sell within 15 days.

Annette helped us find our perfect starter home 3 years ago and then helped us sell that home recently - super fast and for a large profit! She had our best interest in mind, worked very hard for us, and made the process super easy! She's personable, knowledgeable, and we trust her with all of our real estate questions!
