I Definitely recommend Anne, we finally were able to buy our house after 4 years of searching and the ups and downs in the market. She never gave up on us, and we never gave up on her because she's simply the best, very professional, and always there for us when we needed her or had any question. Very knowledgeable and definitely a realtor that you can count on and trust.

After interviewing several agents to sell our home it was an easy decision to pick Anne as our agent. She came fully prepared with market information, how she arrived at numbers, listened to what we were looking for, thoughtfully answered our questions, and was honest. Other agents told us what they thought we wanted to hear to win the listing. We made the best decision by going with Anne. We were under contract quickly, she helped sort through several offers, and she was always communicating to keep us updated. She was very helpful when we were looking for a new home as well. Ran comps, met us to look at several properties. Never pressured us, was patient, knowledgeable, and is just an amazing person! We have bought and sold several properties over the years and she won us over. We would definitely work with Anne again and highly recommend her to anyone.

Anne was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. She worked diligently to find me my perfect home. I highly recommend her and have already referred her to two others that are pleased. She made the process of moving in state seamless and a very positive experience!

We have had the pleasure of working with Anne over the years, first as our sellers agent and most recently as our buyers agent, both times during unpredictable housing markets. Anne's expertise and steadfast professionalism have been highlighted during both processes. After several years, we decided to move back to GA and Anne was able to quickly determine the best area for us, offering the amenities and lifestyle we were looking for but also keeping us a commutable distance to all things Atlanta. She guided us with making the most appropriate offer on our home and was a strong negotiator. We are seasoned when it comes to moving/relocating and have worked with many agents. Anne is great. She has tons of knowledge and prompt with her response. We had few issue with the builder and she was proactive resolving the issue on our behalf throughout the whole process. After we closed, we continued to follow up with us. We were glad we had Anne guiding us for our first home purchase!
