Knowledgeable local agent. My concern as a seller was that she did not hold any open houses in a 2.5 month period (aside from one broker's open) and only had a couple of showings. While the lack of showings was partly due to the market, I ultimately decided we weren't a fit. Unfortunately, she refused to release me from the six-month agreement that I never should've signed. In turn, I had no choice but to take my house off the market and continue to pay several months of mortgage and other costs when I could've sold by owner or with another agent. I ultimately sold with another agent, but this was a much more costly process than it needed to be. Although I understand that homes in the upstate can take several months to sell, I would caution other sellers from signing agreements for more than 3-4 months at a time, especially if the agent won't let you out of that agreement if it turns out not to be a fit.

Ms. Anna ROCKED! I was referred to Ms. Anna from my Texas realtor to sell my SC home. This was a court ordered sell with a difficult ex-spouse. Ms. Anna made it go as smooth as butter. She didn’t leave one leaf unturned. Suggested and recommended what was best. She explained any and everything that I didn’t quite understand and went through each page WITH ME. Annamarie was referred to me by a mutual friend, so the ice was broken quite easily with her. I used a VA loan and she let me know upfront that they can be tricky at times. She is very fast responding to texts and emails and I never had to wait long for any answers. Annamarie is very personable and helpful during the home-buying process. I would have no issues recommending her to friends or family!

Annamarie went above and beyond for me during my buying experience. She was quick to respond whenever I messaged her, and always gave her expert advise on aspects of home buying that I never would have thought to inquire about! Annamarie went out of her way nearly every day to make sure I saw a wide range of properties, and continues to help me whenever I need a referral for services on my new home. As a first time homebuyer, I cannot recommend Annamarie enough to anyone looking for someone to be in their corner when buying or selling in the upstate!
