Natalie did an amazing job! She was quite responsive and professional in her responses. There was no update that she did not immediately raise and no issue for which she did not have a workaround. I would recommend Natalie to anyone looking at real estate in the Greater Orlando area. It was fantastic working with her!

Natalie comes across nice and polite however she is just really in it for what is best for her. She is a realtor that does not like conflict meaning she will turn away when she knows something is wrong and he you try to engage her she tends to say that is not her job. I am writing to formally file a complaint against licensed realtor Natalie Jacoby, affiliated with Russu Realty & Associate PA, for what I believe to be unethical and unprofessional behavior in connection with her handling of the lease and management of the property located at: 6520 Golden Dewdrop Trail, Windermere, FL 34786?(Landlord: Migzheng Estella Mihovilovic) I was a tenant at the above-mentioned property and was extremely disappointed with Ms. Jacoby’s conduct throughout the leasing process and tenancy.

While Natalie initially comes across as kind and approachable, my experience revealed a concerning lack of transparency and accountability. She was helpful when the transaction worked in her favor, but when complications arose—especially involving a difficult property owner—she distanced herself and was unwilling to stay involved or assist meaningfully. She did not disclose all relevant information up front, and it became clear that her priority was closing the deal, even when it wasn't in the best interest of the buyer. In particular, the property in Windermere had known issues, and she continued to represent it without fully informing potential clients of the risks involved. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Natalie as a realtor. Professionalism means standing by your clients through the entire process—not just when things are easy.
