Our experience with Ann was excellent! She sold our property in a timely manner, kept us informed daily of progress, and was extremely pleasant and professional. I would recommend Ann to anyone buying or selling property and we will definitely be using her again!!

Ann was great to work with very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. She and her partner August were always available and answered all of my questions in detail. I would recommend working with Ann if you are looking for a home in the Vegas area.

I normally never write reviews but I thought maybe writing this review will help anyone that is currently looking for a house avoid being in this situation. Ann was our first realtor and seemed like she wasn't interested in helping us find a house at all. She wouldn't get in contact with us sometimes for 3 months straight. And everytime we wanted to see a house it could only be based on her schedule. Like for example due to work my husband and I were mainly available to see houses on weekends but she said she didn't work weekends I thought a real estate agent is suppose to make time for you? Also we told her the type of house we were looking for and all we would get was the opposite of that. Not just that but out of the 1 year we waited on Ann to help us find a house we only saw ONE house. We would ask her questions and she would say she'll get back to us the next day but she would take a week to reply and that was only because I would get in contact with her or believe me she would end up never answering our questions. And I promise I'm not a pushy person so I honestly hated having to reach out to her when I felt like that was her job. We decided to give up and not look for a house anymore because it wasn't the experience we thought it was going to be. We decided to try again this year and our new real estate agent makes time for us anyday anytime that we are available to see a house without hesitation. She shows us only houses that she knows fit our criteria, and she keeps in contact almost everyday. Excatly what we wanted from Ann but never received. Ann really made our first time looking for a house a bad experience. I don't recommend her at all! I wanna thank my new realtor Angela for making house hunting a better a new experience for us.
