Ann Wilson has little patience and does not seem to be bothered about changes that need made to listings. We have been asking for info on a house in Marion SC which for 8 weeks has said pending on some sites, active on some and contingent on some. Today she got really hateful about our calling her and she still says that house is sold but waiting on something. We wanted to ask how long listings stay pending is there a cutoff or is the seller the one to determine that? But, she didn't even give us time before she said I've talked to you like 20 times and hung up. VERY rude. I would not let her sale my dog house.

Our experience with Ann was excellent! She sold our property in a timely manner, kept us informed daily of progress, and was extremely pleasant and professional. I would recommend Ann to anyone buying or selling property and we will definitely be using her again!!

Ann was great to work with very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. She and her partner August were always available and answered all of my questions in detail. I would recommend working with Ann if you are looking for a home in the Vegas area.
