    Ann has all the qualities deserving of the title "consummate professional". She is knowledgeable and value added in all transactional aspects and particularly skilled in keeping all moving parts on a deadline. I would recommend Ann to anyone who is serious about results.

    Ann is a no-nonsense agent who demonstrates integrity and knowledge of every aspect of the selling process. She has always demonstrated integrity and all-around professionalism. Years ago I tended to think agents were somewhat overrated, but after working with Ann I truly understand the value of working with someone who knows how to head off the myriad of problems that can come up and knows how to represent you well. Ann does not tell you what you want to hear, but tells you what you need to know — a frankness that I have always liked. In the end Ann secured us a swift sale at a price point that exceeded our expectations and were well above market.

    Ann was incredible from day one. She didn’t just list our house—she took it on like a full project, organizing contractors, painters, stagers, and even gardeners. She was always there when things came up, big or small. Honestly, she felt more like a partner than an agent. And when it came time to sell, she negotiated like a pro and got us well over asking. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. Really really impressive agent and would HIGHLY recommend!

    Ann Glluck is quick on the response. She is up at 6 a.m. sending emails to answer my questions sent to her late the night before. She is always well dressed, pleasant, and polite. Ann is San Marino at its best! She is quick to run here or there when called, since I was out of state when this house was sold.
