Ann was the guiding light we needed to help us purchase and sell our homes. We come from a background of finance and know our numbers. We also have purchased a home before so understood the process. However, without Ann we would have never accomplished what we did. We had no idea how much a real estate agent could help us on the intangibles until Ann graciously showed us the way. First off, she is a fantastic listener. Both in her understanding of the type of home you are looking for and just as important in follow up. Things we mentioned casually in conversation turns into action items Ann handles. She is highly organized and keeps you one step ahead in the entire process. Her communication is on point. Second, Ann knows her stuff! Her knowledge not only of local markets but neighborhoods, design, landscaping, etc. is impressive. She has incredible vision of what a property could be and how layouts, features, etc. are aligned with your goals. Better yet, she is well connected and has a great team of professionals that can help bring the vision to life when ready. Lastly, what we loved most about working with Ann is she is relatable. Having busy schedules she recognized how we best communicate, when we needed to sleep on it, and understanding when to let us take charge or step in and take the lead. Buying a home is a true team effort and Ann recognizes how best to move the dial. Add in the usual expectations of well seasoned negotiation skills and connections with other brokers and Ann is the full package. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Ann was incredible to work with. She helped us sell our mom’s home in San Marino after she passed away, and we were handling everything from out of state. She truly went above and beyond. She made everything smooth, from coordinating repairs and staging to handling paperwork and keeping us informed every step of the way. Ann really knows the San Marino and Pasadena market, especially when it comes to historic and luxury homes. She is kind, responsive, and completely dependable. She is also great at strategy and negotiation guiding us through key decisions with confidence and helped us get a great result. On top of all that, she has a fantastic personality and made what could have been a stressful process feel calm and manageable. Ann has all the qualities deserving of the title "consummate professional". She is knowledgeable and value added in all transactional aspects and particularly skilled in keeping all moving parts on a deadline. I would recommend Ann to anyone who is serious about results.

Ann is a no-nonsense agent who demonstrates integrity and knowledge of every aspect of the selling process. She has always demonstrated integrity and all-around professionalism. Years ago I tended to think agents were somewhat overrated, but after working with Ann I truly understand the value of working with someone who knows how to head off the myriad of problems that can come up and knows how to represent you well. Ann does not tell you what you want to hear, but tells you what you need to know — a frankness that I have always liked. In the end Ann secured us a swift sale at a price point that exceeded our expectations and were well above market.

Ann was incredible from day one. She didn’t just list our house—she took it on like a full project, organizing contractors, painters, stagers, and even gardeners. She was always there when things came up, big or small. Honestly, she felt more like a partner than an agent. And when it came time to sell, she negotiated like a pro and got us well over asking. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. Really really impressive agent and would HIGHLY recommend!
