When it seemed like a hopeless venture to buy my first house, Andrey Gulchuk was in my corner every step of the way and there is no one else I'd rather have there.Thanks to Andrey, his professionalism, creative thinking, and quick response we were able to make it happen.He is always there when you need him, always prepared for the next step, and has always been great in making sure that he has open communication with his clients. Thank you Andrey for helping to make this process far less stressful. In the end I didn't even need to bring anything to closing but my signature. All closing costs covered and I even got a large portion of my Ernest money back. Thank you Andrey, for all that you do.

Working with Andrey was a great experience, as first time buyers we had doubts of the entire process but he was very informative and made everything easy for us. He focuses more on the person and building a genuine relationship with clients. He also looks out for what is best for you and we never felt he was trying to sell us something. I definitely recommend working with Andrey, there are many realtors who can do the job but he brings additional value on top of that.

Andrey was great I couldn't have asked for a better agent for my first time buying a home. Not only that I had relocated to another state to buy this property but I had a small window to get done. My wife and I recently bought a new house. He helped us 3 years ago sell our previous house. When we were ready to purchase again, we did not hesitate to go with Andrey and his team. Just like selling our first house, Andrey was able to provide us with several mortgage lenders for us to contact and choose the best one for us. Andrey and his team helped us every step of the way. He made sure that we were updated every week with the list of homes that were in our price range and the area we were looking in. With Andrey the process was smooth. He was always honest with us and never pushed us into anything. We started the process probably a year and half ago. During that time he always stayed in contact with us. I would definitely recommend him and his team yo my friends and family.
