Stephanie was such a delight to work with. We ultimately did not purchase anything with her (we bought something in another state), but she was so friendly, responsive, communicative, and accommodating with us when we only had a short window of time to look at houses. She showed us a wide range of houses in terms of location and style as requested since we wanted to get a feel for what was available in the area. She went above and beyond in making time for us and making sure we felt heard. Thank you, Stephanie!

Sara was amazing and a pleasure to work with. Extremely responsive and great communication throughout the entire process. I was moving cross country and she made the process seamless by setting up appointments before we flew in and getting us in homes that matched our requirements. She also had several trades to assist us in adding a dog door and drywall changes/renovations we wanted after closing.

If I could give Sara 10 stars, I would! She was absolutely amazing through the entire process. She helped my brother and I sell our mom’s house early last year after our mom passed away. She made it the most painless process she could for us in that very difficult time while also getting us top dollar for the home, which ended up selling for $5K over asking. My husband and I have only ever bought a home for ourselves and that was once over 25 years ago so we needed a lot of guidance. We also had already purchased a new home out of state and we didn’t purchase on the contingency that our house in California would sell first so we really needed to get it sold. Sara gave us excellent advice about what to do to ensure the house was fully ready to go on the market and get the most we could for it. She had an open house the weekend before Thanksgiving and did such a great job of marketing it that 12 families came through, 2 of which made offers. When the offer we accepted ended up falling through (through no fault of Sara’s), she quickly got the house back on the market and sold it a second time, also for the asking price. We were able to sell the house and close escrow before our first mortgage payment was due on our new house. Every step of the way, Sara gave us all information to make an informed decision and, whenever asked, would give us her opinion about what she would do if it was her house. Her advice was spot on every time. I truly can’t say enough great things about Sara. She is very trustworthy, transparent, and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home in Southern California.

Sara is top notch... I cant say enough good things about her. She has been helping me and my family and friends acquire homes, sell homes and everything in between for many years.. If you are looking for someone to help you find the right house, sell your current house or just have questions she is the person... Thank you Sara, we are so thankful for you and your expertise.
