Andrea was amazing in helping us purchase my wife's grandfather's home. She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process and got sh*t done - all while making us feel comfortable. She was everything that we needed and made our first homebuying experience amazing!

Andrea Scanlon did an excellent work helping us understanding the selling process, preparing the house for the showing, defining the strategy to go to the market. As result, the house was sold at same day it came to the market. Also, Andrea makes us feel very comfortable during the entire sale process including the closing meeting. Thanks a lot Andrea. After Andrea sell our home in Plymouth, I asked her to help us to buy a smaller home in the area. No surprise, she did an excellent job searching and showing us very good options and home stiles. When we decided on the home we want, she did a great job understanding the conditions, preparing the offer and work with the seller agent. After being under contract, she was on top of all the details to make sure there was no surprise after the closing. Excellent job again Andrea and thanks a lot for all the support and attention. We recently moved from Vancouver, WA to Minneapolis, MN. Andrea assisted us with finding and purchasing a home in Minneapolis. She was very patient with long distance looking/interaction. She brought a wealth of local knowledge that was indispensable. She persisted with us through backing out of one offer due to inspection, and helped us find a second, better home for us. She even helped us through a facetime call to look at the house when one of us was still in Washington. Despite difficult behavior from the other agent in the transaction, Andrea was able to smooth over the process for us and shield us from the negativity that would have brought to our new home. All in all, it was a wonderful experience/transaction, and we are incredibly happy with the outcomes.

We live out of state and needed a Real Estate agent to sell our rental home. We were looking for an agent with experience that was motivated, had a good sales record and knew the local area. We found Andrea online and from the first time we spoke we had a good feeling. When we came to town and met in person she was personable, prepared and knowledgeable and we were excited to hire her. She marketed our home well, kept us informed and guided us throughout the entire process - and sold it quickly for us! She made the experience seamless and we are so grateful to have worked with Andrea. She’s a true professional and we would recommend her to anyone that is selling or buying a home.

We set up meet and greets with 6 different realtors waited a week to see what kind of follow up /contact etc would be and then Choose Andrea , when she came to our house she was informed, prepared, even being out of her "normal" area she more then met our expectation of her ability, It all matters, contact, information, ability, prep, staging, photo's, listing, pricing, closing. And now being on the other side as buyers, can see the difference her skills and knowledge had on selling our home so fast as the market changed. Great Job
