Kate-Bradley is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, prompt, eager, and attentive. She has met our every request and made thoughtful suggestions which we have found very helpful. Though we have ended our search for a house, choosing to stay where we are, we will stay in touch with Kate-Bradley and recommend her to anyone we know who might be thinking about buying or selling a home.

We needed a place asap, we were riding around and found the for rent sign at Simba Way, my son called Hannah, she told us they were remodeling it and it would be ready in 2 weeks so my son paid to apply for it, she told him everything was approved and it was $1500 a month. Well, she had an excuse every few days that he talked to her about it getting finished, then tells him it's done and we went another 2 weeks of trying to see it and sign lease but she had one excuse after another why she couldn't come from Richmond to show us the finished house. So we start looking for different houses and when he reached out one last time a couple days ago, she tells him the rent will now be more but is still listed on here the same as what she told him. If she didn't want to rent to us, she should have told us weeks ago.
