Since our kids have grown and moved on to college and beyond, we had decided to take advantage of the seller's market, after the market had begun to cool off a bit. Amy Brent had an in depth knowledge of our local realty market in Bloomfield Hills and kept us at a price range that was aggressive yet rationale based on all of the relevant conditions. Due to Amy's guidance, we were able to sell our home of over 20 years, at a price that we thought was very fair, because of Amy's ability to negotiate with the buyers who were diligent in checking the condition of the house and the worth of the home. Amy Brent did an outstanding job of helping us to sell our house during the COVID19 pandemic. She was able to find creative ways to market the house when in-person showings weren't allowed. Her experience and knowledge of the market in our area was very good. She listened to understand what our goals were and helped us receive a fair price. Highly recommend her!
