She was super communicative, honest and extremely helpful throughout the process of selling our home. Gretchen was responsive, knowledgeable, and a genuinely authentic person to work with when I was searching for a new home – And patient! She checked in for almost 4 years until I was ready and able to purchase a new home. I wasn't sure what type of home or where in the Front Range I wanted to end up, and she gave me great advice with no pressure. We found the perfect place with more than I expected in my price range. It was in the area I wanted to be and at a price where I wouldn't feel over-extended. Gretchen and her team were with me every step of the buying, lending, and closing stages. I never felt confused or overwhelmed – at least for long. What else could you ask for? I highly recommend Gretchen when you look for your next home.

Gretchen did an amazing job helping my husband and I find a home in Colorado. She was always quick to respond to any texts and emails, making the process seamless and stress-free. This is especially amazing considering I was out of state for the entirety of the house hunting and purchasing process! Her coordination with third parties, like inspectors and lenders, was flawless, ensuring everything stayed on track. What impressed me most was her regular check-ins to see how my husband and I were doing and to update us on progress, which made me feel supported every step of the way. Her professionalism and dedication truly went above and beyond!

Gretchen was the best ever and I very highly recommend her!!! She is super efficient, always returning calls or emails within about 15 minutes. She did a great job researching comps for my condo, setting the selling price at exactly what it should have been. We received two full price offers in 5 days. Gretchen is excellent at communicating with other realtors to let them know what offers have been made and what their clients might want to do if they really want to buy the property. Throughout the entire process, Gretchen kept me up to date with everything happening during the listing and escrow.

Gretchen was awesome!! Explained the whole process to me in a way that I could understand. She was very honest if she didn’t know an answer but was very timely in finding the answer and getting back to me! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
