Being new to the area, we so appreciated Amanda's local knowledge -- from location concerns to local professionals who could help with the closing process. She was open to letting us see any home we requested and set up appointments for showings quickly. At the same time, she gave wise counsel and spent time processing our concerns with us.

Sale of my Florida property was done completely remotely because I live in Michigan. Ms. Courtney handled everything on the ground in Florida. Property sold for full asking price in about two weeks. I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend her!!
