Alex is a true professional, selling my property was easy to, dealing with the tenants was not. Alex took charge of the situation(s) which seemed like they were daily, his calm demeanor and physiological approach eventually brought them to his point of view. Yo have to understand in NY the tenant is in driver's seat. It took 6 months but Alex kept at it, he got both the buyer and me to stay the course. I can't praise him enough, this man is what a realtor is supposed to be .

Alex was very professional and easy to talk to. He negotiated with the seller and got us what we were looking for. Sold our home relatively fast and everything went smooth. All calls were promptly answered as were all questions. We would highly recommend Alex for buying or selling a home.
