Maria worked cohesively with both the buyer/ seller in the sale of my home. We split the realtor fees and bumped up her commission to ensure fair mindset but sadly she had been originally obtained by the other party- ended up making empty promises and false hopes of a mutually beneficial sale.. unfortunately that was a farce and forced my child and I to be homeless for all of the holidays while in the process of trying to move out of state but being financially unable to. She was very aggressive for the buyers sake and seemed very kind but ultimately never had both parties interests at heart and the concept of an as is sale - poured thousands into the house with the understanding it would be part of the contract and when presented with the paperwork to sign by a notary was completely different outcomes and MAJOR FINANCIAL LOSS .. when confronted over the issue she brushed off myself and my questions and concerns well aware that I was completely cornered into signing that day.. very sad that the loss came in such a manner when I thought prayers were answered with the cohesive solutions. Doesn’t seem to care much about customers beyond Hispanic descent and many people commented that conversations were had in espanol to hide secrets and plans . . Was blindsided and disappointed with the entire process and wish I had handled it differently- if you work with her office KEEP COPIES OF EVERYTHING- small changes with HUGE differences in outcome
