Honestly don't know where to begin, she's patient, understanding, guiding, super knowledgeable guess where I'm getting at is she's everything you'd want when making a life changing decision. Addison was by far the best agent we had talked to or dealt with during our on and off again house search. No matter how much time had passed since we last spoke, if we wanted to look at house she quickly made it happen for us. Any question we had, no matter how silly it seemed, was quickly answered once we began the buying/closing process.

Denise really know the market and how to get a house ready and sold. Her knowledge of what to expect in the timeframe was spot on. I didn't have the money to really fix it up but she helped produce a home that I was thinking of putting an offer on. lol. If you follow her lead you will not be un-satisfied with your choice of a real estate agent.
