Addison was by far the best agent we had talked to or dealt with during our on and off again house search. No matter how much time had passed since we last spoke, if we wanted to look at house she quickly made it happen for us. Any question we had, no matter how silly it seemed, was quickly answered once we began the buying/closing process.

Denise really know the market and how to get a house ready and sold. Her knowledge of what to expect in the timeframe was spot on. I didn't have the money to really fix it up but she helped produce a home that I was thinking of putting an offer on. lol. If you follow her lead you will not be un-satisfied with your choice of a real estate agent.

Denise was a phenomenal agent. My husband and I were looking for an investment property to flip for profit and she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect fit. Her exceptional knowledge of property values and potential resale values in the market make her an indispensable individual. Denise has a wealth of knowledge that is very helpful to the seller or buyer. She is very ethical and professional in her dealings with all parties involved. She has assisted me with 6 properties whether it is selling or buying Truly a 5 star realtor.
