My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Adam as our realtor, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was very reliable, proactive, and honest every step of the way. Adam not only made himself available whenever we needed him, but he always took the time to answer all of our questions and provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process. Adam was a lifesaver while I was trying to sell my mother’s house after she passed away. He was always available to answer questions and solved all the complications that arose during this process. I would be very happy to work with Adam again and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, especially if they were in a similar situation.

I never understood why a realtor is still required nowadays & my friend highly recommended using Adam & he said you’ll understand what a good realtor can do. Adam is on a different level than any other realtor. He’s extremely knowledgeable & knows the system so well he’s extremely good at thinking outside the box. When you go see a house with him, it’s a rich learning experience bc he’ll explain everything about the house to the point that’s he’s almost like home inspector. Unlike all other realtors I’ve dealt with, he also will actively dissuade you from putting in an offer if the house has issues. His main goal is to find a house that you’ll love. We spent 1.5yrs looking for a house with another realtor & we magically closed on a house within 2 months of starting with Adam. Even with the house we closed on, he wrote the offer letter in a way that made it much more attractive to the seller so much so they accepted our offer even though it wasn’t the highest bid. He’s an incredible negotiator & ended up saving us $7500 after the offer was accepted. Adam is my go to person from now on with anything related to real estate. I can’t recommend him highly enough!!
