Miriam was incredible all around. She was responsive and willing to go anywhere in my wide net of my search. She didn’t question anything I wanted to see because I didn’t have a solid plan. I’m essentially a first time homebuyer on a budget that was in the area where everything was highly competitive. We had 3 offers turned down and I was crashing out but she encouraged me to stay with it and never made me feel I was wasting her time. She’s a very genuine person and while she needs to sell to make a living, she will put what’s best for her client above her sales. She helped me get a great deal on the house we closed on when I was at the point I wanted to offer more, but she did her research and saved me $10k. I would definitely use her again and encourage anyone looking for an agent to reach out. She’d definitely one of the good ones!

Bottom line- Matt goes to bat for you, and I could not recommend his team enough. Everyone went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible. Their process is extremely buttoned-up and professional. I actually used them to buy my condo as well, and they were so good that I knew I had to use them when I’d sell. The whole team is exceptionally responsive, one of the biggest reasons I came back. Whenever any hiccups arose, they knew exactly how to navigate them and helped ease the natural stress that comes with selling. Matt has a boots-on-the-ground approach and was involved all the way through. There were twice a week check-ins with both quantitative and qualitative updates on showings, offers, traction, comps, the broader market, and more. Their knowledge of the real estate market is unmatched. At first, I was worried about how long it would take to get my unit sold, but their staging, marketing, showing, and ability to navigate offers created a better outcome than I thought was even possible. It sold fast AND I netted more than I thought I would. Will use them again.

They know the market and will be honest about the areas, properties, and very knowledgeable on the nuances that come with buying a home. Matt and his team did an incredible job guiding me through my first homebuying experience. I was especially impressed by how responsive and proactive they were — every email was answered quickly, and they consistently helped move conversations forward with all the third parties involved. They made the process feel effortless on my end. Whenever I had questions or felt unsure about the next step, someone from the team was quick to jump on the phone and clearly explain the situation and my options. Their negotiation skills were also outstanding — we closed at a price I was very happy with. I’d strongly recommend Matt and his team to anyone buying a home, especially first-time buyers.

This was my second time buying, and also my second time working with the Laricy team. Just like the first time, I am very satisfied with the professionalism that Matt (and his team) provided for me - below are just some of them. 1. I was fairly picky in my house choices this time (and thus, had went to a lot of showings) but the Laricy team had shown nothing short of patience and understanding throughout the process. shout out to Mickey Hobson for being with me at all the showings! 2. The Laricy team was always on point when scheduling showings - I was almost always able to see a place within a day of asking for it. Shout out to Jamie and Victoria for setting things up! 3. Matt Laricy was able to get me, in my opinion, a fairly good deal on new home I closed this last Friday - I am very satisfied. All in all - I recommend the Laricy team to any one, whether you are looking for the first or second time, or seasoned, the Laricy Team wont disappoint.
