We feel very fortunate to have worked with Matt Laricy & his team in purchasing our condo. The entire team is top notch. Matt is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable & someone you want on your side. He answers all communications quickly. He gives great attention to his clients, whether budget is small or large. He wants to find you the home that is the best fit for you, not just sell you the first place you show interest in. Our particular Laricy agent, Tyler Draskovits, was also great. He patiently showed us a number of units over the course of a few months & helped us find a place we love. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Matt Laricy and his team. Matt is a beast and his entire team was a pleasure to work with! As a younger first time buyer I had a lot of questions and did not have a good feel for timing/process. Matt guided me through the process and ultimately put me in a position to lock down exactly what I was looking for. The team is professional, extremely responsive, has tons of market knowledge, and has strong local relationships. I would absolutely work with this team in the future!

Matt was great - he was transparent during every interaction, incredibly responsive and communicative, always made us feel like a priority, and we felt like we could strongly rely on his opinion evaluating each home and the market. His team was very helpful in the final stages keeping us on track to close and knowledgeable answering all of our questions as first time buyers. Highly recommend!
