We can only say Bravo!!! Our experience with Matt and the people in his firm was outstanding from start to close. He outlined for us what actions his firm would take and how they would keep us continuously in the loop. They did everything as promised. Matt did a wonderful 360 video of our high-rise condominum and he also did a very impactful and fun walk through video that received rave reviews from our whole family. He constantly put our property in front of other Chicago realtors and we ultimately sold in less that six months in a tough year end market. Also, we enjoyed Matt's weekly updates on the state of the entire Chicago area real estate market. We also appreciated Matt's complete honesty and unvarnished assessment of our sales prospects in the market as it existed. Matt was recommended to us by a trusted legal professional in Chicago. He is the only agent we intervied and, as it turned out, he completely exceeded our expectations!!!

Miriam assisted us with purchasing a condo. She was fantastic! Very professional, organized, and patient as we looked at quite a few properties. When we communicated with her, she always got back to us right away. She gave constructive feedback with our questions, and helped us negotiate to get a final price we were happy with. She arranged for both our inspector and our lawyer to make the process as smooth as possible. We ended up with no hiccups and a smooth closing. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had been looking for a place for over a year, had put in over a dozen offers on multiple places and lost them all before coming to Matt and his team. Best decision we made and the first offer we put in with him, we got the place. He knows the market well, he is respected and trusted by other agents and he is honest. He doesn't push you but he is a straight shooter. He is responsive and never makes you feel like he is too busy for you. Additionally, his whole team is organized, responsive and thorough. But as soon as we met him, he introduced us to his preferred lender, and it was immediately clear we were in front of a true professional.
