We worked with Shanelle Prince on Jill's team, and she was AMAZING! We were moving from out of state and knew nothing about the area or what to look for in the area. We gave her a long list of must have items in a home and location and she showed us a variety of homes until we found the perfect fit. She was great at negotiating and walking us through all aspects of the process of buying a home in the state. Shanelle is so friendly, professional and wonderful to work with. Jill was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and always gave great advice. She did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home. Where do I begin... Shanelle, Shanelle, Shanelle! Our realtor (Shanelle Prince) must be an angel in disguise. We started the process of buying a home with very high hopes. Throughout the process there were so many twists and turns, not by fault of the JST at all. In fact, if it weren't for Shanelle, Jill and team, we probably would have pulled out of the process. When Shanelle stated from the very beginning that she would be there for us, she told no lies. She constantly reassured us that we would achieve our first home and here we are moving in.
