Melissa was phenomenal! We were assigned her through Zillow, but right away she connected late on a Friday night and set up showings the next day. She even found extra properties for us to look at. She came prepared and well-informed and so kind from the start. We knew we wanted to make an offer straight away and she worked with us to come up with an offer after looking at the comparisons. She always had our best interest in mind and worked with the seller’s realtor to make sure we were happy with the result.This was a long process due to complications with financing, but she remained a strong resource to lean on if needed. I would recommend her to anyone!

Landen was very patient with me and always available when I called to talk or to show me a property at a time when I was available. He took the time to find me some properties that fit my criteria and that he thought I would be interested in. He was very thorugh in his professional evaluation of multiple properties. He helped me make an informed decision on my property purchase by emailing me comparisons of multiple properties of similar value. He took the time to talk with me to understand my needs. I ultimately felt confident when making my purchase because of Landen Davis. I will use Landen Davis in the future to sell and buy properties and I would recommend him to anyone to do the same.
