We were first time homebuyers with zero knowledge of this whole process. Alexis helped us understand each step we were going through and was so patient and understanding from touring homes (lots of homes) to the application and closing process. She was always available for us when we had questions or wanting to tour more houses, even when she was on vacation! She was super relatable and we felt so comfortable with her despite the uncomfortable unknown of buying a house. I’ve already passed her info along to friends who are even considering buying a home cause she’s that great! We’re so thankful for her!
