Payton did an amazing job helping us buy our first home in Henderson! She went above and beyond with communication and negotiating while working with us and got us an amazing deal on our home. We never felt lost during the process and she made it a point to keep us informed on what was happening day by day until we closed. Even after closing she’s kept up with us and made sure we are loving our new home, I couldn’t recommend her more if you’re looking to buy or sell in the Las Vegas area.

Casey is the best. We met her by just clicking on some properties. She was instantly responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and very very helpful. She met us when we were in town, picked us up from our hotel and spent a few hours going over the market and showing us a house she knew we would love. We were out of state, and she showed up constantly for walk throughs, appointments and what not to make our purchase smooth and uneventful! And, she is still helping even after the purchase! Highly recommend this team, most especially Casey!

Karla was absolutely amazing during our home buying process! For starters, she worked with us to create a strategy for a swift pre-approval. Karla connected us with the perfect mortgage company for our VA loan! She maintained excellent communication throughout and made sure we were all on the same page moving forward through the home inspection and escrow process! Karla negotiated a terrific sale price that was quite frankly well within the goal we set at the start of the process. Karla’s knowledge of the Clark County real estate market is unmatched and her focus on making sure we were happy and satisfied stayed in the forefront of our relationship! We are extremely happy with our home, the process and the quality of care Karla provided us from beginning to end!
