I have now completed 3 real estate transactions with Woody and I couldn't be more impressed. Five years ago, he helped me with the purchase of my first home. This year, he helped me with the sale of that home and the purchase of another. This was not easy as inventory was extremely low and I had a very tight turnaround time for purchase. Woody was thoughtful and responsive and guided me every step of the way - even making sure I was settled in to my new home before leaving Baltimore for the day. I couldn't recommend him and his team more strongly.

We had a wonderful experience working with Woody! We felt like he always made himself available to show us new listings given our strict time constraints. He went above and beyond when coronavirus peaked to calm our fears about our transaction moving forward. Woody knew exactly what we wanted and we felt like he had our best interests in mind. Woody was the most professional and reliable realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. He was very helpful through the entire home buying process. He was very open minded and patient with us as we visited so many houses until we found "the one". He also did not hesitate to tell us any concerns he saw at the houses we visited. He was always prompt to answer any questions we had and available to fit in our schedule. In the future, I would definitely work with him again.

Woody is very easy to work with and I appreciate his real estate insight when looking at properties to purchase. He is never too busy to take a call even If it's later in the evening.

Woody helped us with the purchase of our new home and we couldn't be happier. He is easy to get along with, very responsive, patient and has become a friend of our family. My daughter calls him Uncle Woody! My husband and I really appreciate his patience. We were initially looking to upgrade homes, and during the process of looking at several homes, we decided to downsize and went in a completely different direction. He took it all in stride and worked with us for about 7-8 months to find a home we love. We love working with him and will continue to use him for our home selling & purchase needs.
