Kim was excellent to work with assisting my husband and I purchase our first home! He came highly recommended and we can see why! He was very responsive, listened to our wants and needs, and made the process seamless and less stressful; his knowledge of the market was very helpful!

Kim did an excellent job throughout both the buying and selling process. He responded to all calls and emails in a timely manner. Highly recommend!! Kim has many years of experience in real estate and and knows both the sales aspect as well as the financial side of the real estate transaction action.

Within minutes of meeting Kim and his team I knew something was different. Their attention to detail, consistent availability and advice were critical to us throughout the process. To be direct, Kim was so good and so business oriented, that we requested an unconditional release from our original realtor so we could relist with Kim and his team. Ultimately, this proved to be a great decision as Kim’s team staged and photographed our home, recommended a price adjustment which led to a contract in less than 3-weeks and a closing 45 days post offer acceptance. We can not recommend or thank this team enough for all of their hard work and support.

Over 10 years ago our family was lucky enough to have been referred to Kim Moyer. My parents had nothing but positive experiences with him and he'd become a trusted professional friend to them through their transactions. When it was my turn to buy a home there was no question that I wanted Kim on my side. We looked a at few homes over the last 2 years until we finally found the one! Kim and his team were excellent throughout the process and made the whole purchase easy and transparent. I cannot recommend Kim enough. The team he represents always brings the utmost professionalism and makes the home buying/selling experience an overwhelmingly positive one!
