Whitney was an amazing resource for us when we moved out of New York City and into the suburbs. As first-time home buyers there was a lot we didn't understand about the process, but Whitney made us comfortable immediately. She listened to our preferences and our feedback, and was also very responsive when things popped up. A quick story: We saw our house for the first time in a Saturday morning open house. When we called Whitney to tell her that we loved it, she immediately left a weekend outing to meet us there to give her thoughts. The sellers moved quickly, but Whitney guided us through a hectic few days and we had an accepted offer by Wednesday. We wouldn't have won the bidding if Whitney had waited until Monday. She also seems to know *everyone*, which is very helpful. We couldn't recommend her more highly!

Whitney is an experienced, knowledgeable and proactive agent. The best we have worked with in our years of real estate transactions. She knew what would be best for us when downsizing from our 5 bedroom home. She found a wonderful townhouse that is perfect for us and helped us quickly sell our home at a top price. All in all, a fantastic experience. Whitney comes highly recommended!! She’s tops!

Whitney was great - we highly recommend her to everyone we know looking for a home in Westchester. She took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and was very patient with us. She knew all of the towns so well - we felt confident through the entire process with her to guide us.

Whitney was our dream agent when we were searching in the Westchester market. We ended up buying in a different state but I wish we could have cloned her and taken her with us to that market because she is that good! We never once felt like she was trying to talk us into anything—she knew the houses spoke for themselves and she was actually the first one to point out potential negatives and childproofing issues, which we really appreciated. She dedicated so much energy to our search that we almost felt guilty taking up so much of her time! Buying in Westchester has some complications because of the age of the housing stock and the septic issue but she worked tirelessly to research potential complications with each property we looked at. As a local mom, she has a wealth of knowledge about each micro-neighborhood and street (which ones are good for bike riding, which are the hot Halloween streets, etc.). I genuinely wish we could work with her again!

Whitney helped us buy and sell a home within the same year, demonstrating strong knowledge about the market and process. Despite the discomfort inherent to the process, Whitney’s expertise allowed us make the best decision for our family!
