Joyce Keefer is absolutely one of the best real estate agents I’ve ever worked with. She is an absolute professional who knows about real estate. She also cares about you as a person very much. She helps you through the whole process every step of the way. She is easy to get in contact with and has a very quick response time. I highly recommend her. 7 stars. Shana Baket

After buying and selling several properties over the years we’ve worked with and dealt with many Real Estate agents. Some are okay, some are simply sales focused with their personal gain at the forefront of all communications. When possible we opt for selling without an agent, simply due to the agony of trying to find a quality agent that does not become an additional headache on top of everything that goes into the sale of your property. Recently we purchased a new property, meeting Katie Olivas. We had just left a property that took proximity two hours of drive time, to be stood-up by the agent. He did not show, did not call or text us, and did not answer his phone when we called and text. Actually he never followed up. So going into the scheduled showing with Katie, we were “on guard” not knowing what to expect. It was a six hour drive, and we knew we needed to make sure it was not a waisted trip. Katie was not only on-time, but welcoming and genuinely friendly. Like running into an old friend, but in a professional business way. She’s just one of those special people on earth that you rarely have the opportunity to work with, especially in Real Estate (in our experience). Katie walked us through the property, pointed out known issues before we discovered them on our own, ask questions of us and made sure all our questions were answered. I genuinely don’t know how else to describe our experience with Katie, except “Genuine, Kind, Knowledgable, Trustworthy, and a Consummate Professional Business Woman / Real Estate Agent. Generally I don’t take the time to write a review due to the time and effort it takes to do it right. Here’s the exception… A review that deserved to be written, simply due to the unexpected, amazing experience with Katie. So much so, we also opted to only work with Katie, kind of forcing her to do twice the work, but more importantly having to not only look out for the best interest of her client as number one, but help us through an extra weird closing. Assisting with inspections and negotiating between us and the seller on fixing issues as they came up. Two months later, looking back, we are still impressed and would obviously recommend Katie to anyone!

To be 100% honest, we are first time buyers and don't have a lot of knowledge, but Toby was fantastic for us! He was able to find us the perfect house and made it as stress free as possible! I highly suggest him to (at least) first time buyers!!

Tami made the entire home buying and selling process easy and stress-free for us. She stayed in close contact with us, and we were continually impressed by her professionalism and commitment to helping our family. We won’t hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
