Turner, was fast to respond and open to our needs while providing suggestions without trying to control or redirect our search but rather conform to our needs. He didn't try to talk us into a decision we were not proposing. Honesty and letting us know what's going on behind the scenes to prevent us from future disappointments in our home purchase. We have not found the home we want, yet I have confidence in his pursuit to provide the help we need. His approach stood out above all others we have worked with in the past. Highly recommend.

Brian was an awesome agent that helped us sell our house in a stagnant market. He offered great advice and had resources for us to get things done. If it wasn't for Brian we would probably still be waiting.

We bought a home in the LC valley using Brian Wilson with Windermere-Lewiston as a buyer’s agent; the service provided exceeded our expectations! We were living far away, and he made it simple. We provided a list of needs, wants, and wishes then he updated us regularly on listing that met some of the criteria. He is a great communicator and very flexible, meeting us during our limited times in town. He suggested and eased an added review of a home prior to making an offer, so we could make sure it was the right home for us. Multiple offers were made on the home and he provided the sellers agent with information allowing us to be chosen over other eligible byers. He provided references for locally qualified contractors, insurance broker and inspectors. Closing was straight forward, and he provided clarification with the purchase contract. Even after the home purchase was complete, he continued to provide service. Since we were living far from the area he left the lock box on the home facilitating access for contractors. We are now living in the home and are very satisfied with it!

Brian is the best. He has bought and fixed up many homes. This experience helped answer our questions whether or not things were possible to be changed or even the cost to changed things. Our biggest issues/questions were about the foundation, electrical panel, and egress windows, all things He has delt with before. He got us referrals for the inspection and people we could contract the work out to, as well as diy tips. We would definitely work with him again.
