Wendy was amazing! Absolutely above and beyond in everything! She showed us properties very promptly once they were on the market, going out of her way to get us in before others saw them, which is why we got a perfect place! She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, getting us in several times before closing to start planning, and negotiated several sticky areas expertly! She's also just a wonderful person to work with. I could not recommend her more highly!

Wendy was so many things to us beyond just a realtor — our therapist, our confidant, our Scituate Sherpa. But mostly she felt like a true partner and someone we could rely on to help navigate this insane real estate market. She knew the various neighborhoods in Scituate better than anyone, and provided a wealth of great advice on how best to navigate the market — all with a good dose of humor. We still reach out to her often for all sorts of recommendations, from contractors to places to eat. We couldn't recommend Wendy enough!
