Karen was exceptional throughout the process of purchasing our home In Hingham. She worked seamlessly with the sellers realtor to negotiate and quickly resolve some items which arose during the sale process. Karen also is very helpful in aiding the buyers in identifying contractors who can help with repairs and remodeling.
