Wendy sold our house on Long Island in a difficult market. She also is helping us look for and possibly sell an apartment in NYC. She is an extraordinarily hard worker, terrific negotiator and good listener. She is persistent in and is patient with the needs of both buyers and sellers.. always there when you need her. She is very familiar with many areas of both Nassau County and Manhattan. Highly recommended!!

We hired Wendy Lichtenberg to help us find an apartment in NYC that would be our full-time home. Wendy carefully worked with us, going over our specific needs, location preferences and price range. From there, she provided us a continuous flow of potential apartments that would meet our needs, always remaining in the parameters we provided. Our search took some time and Wendy remained patient and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Once we identified the apartment we wanted, she proved to be an excellent negotiator and got us a price for our apartment that we were very happy with. We found Wendy to be a highly attentive real estate agent. Her greatest strengths are her attention to detail and responsiveness that goes with her great personality. Wendy Lichtenberg is the best there is. She is highly educated about the market and regulations . She is always there to answer your questions , guide you through every step and knows how to close the deal. She remains calm during heated negotiations. She is a pleasure working work with.

I have knownWendy Lichtenberg for over twenty year, initially as a parent when I was the Principal of the Hewlett Elementary School and subsequently as a realtor when I chose to sell my house.
