As out of state buyers, Jim and his wife Anita were amazing to deal with. They are without a doubt some of the most honorable and honest people I have met in my life. As the saying goes, true salt of the earth individuals. You will not find someone more honest and with more integrity than the Deems. We were buying a home in the Pensacola area while living 1,500 miles away and felt a strong sense of comfort knowing they were representing our interests, they ensured the sellers were honoring the contractual agreements in our absence, and were there for us 100% of the time. When we were there for short periods of time, I also truly appreciated their punctual and on time consistency. Those that know will understand, on time is late, 15 minutes early is on time. They were always ready 15 minutes early and 100% prepared, which I truly appreciated given our time was limited. For anyone going thorough PCS who needs a trustworthy partner to help them find their new home in Pensacola, these are your realtors to help you through those stressful decisions. There is noone I would trust more. And if you are a seller, there is no one more honest to represent you. Just know, there is no one more professional, open, honest, and trustworthy than the Deems. Buying or selling a home, and moving, regardless or reason (PCS, job relocation, or starting a new chapter) is stressful for anyone, and Jim and Anita are great at helping you make this transition and bring some peace of mind during the process. True professionals all the way!

We cannot recommend Anita Deem highly enough. Our home-buying experience started smoothly, but quickly turned into a complete and unexpected fiasco due to the behavior of the sellers. If it weren't for Anita and her realtor husband, Jim (two for one bonus with this power couple), we absolutely would have walked away from the entire deal at the eleventh hour. Being over 1400 miles away, we relied on Anita & Jim and our friends to keep an eye out for us since we couldn't be there in person. Anita was an unwavering advocate for us every step of the way, keeping us informed and checking in almost daily on the progress. The sellers refused to address items found during the inspection before closing, failed to disclose major issues with the pool even when asked directly, and attempted to breach the contract by trying to sell items we had already purchased with the house (our local friends alerted us to this attempt and Anita took action for us immediately). They even took other items that were supposed to convey with the house and didn't vacate the property until just hours before closing. They did leave broken junk from their yard sale and gas/chemicals in the shed we now have to try and dispose of properly. We did get a home warranty but it doesn't cover the pool repairs needed or the gas fireplace issues. Throughout this incredibly stressful process, Anita and Jim maintained their professionalism and composure. They navigated bizarre situations, including a moment where the sellers accused our party of four and our realtors of plotting to hiding in a closet and attack later. The seller's realtor did leave us a $50 gift card towards replacing the thousand dollars of items missing. When we reached our breaking point and were ready to give up, Anita was the one who kept the deal from falling apart. While we are now facing thousands of dollars in unexpected costs due to the state the house was left in, we are confident that we would not even be homeowners in Seaglades North without Anita's expertise and tireless dedication. Once we get past this setback, we'll have a wonderful Florida home for years to come. We are truly grateful for their incredible work and highly recommend Anita and Jim!

I would most definitely recommend Wayne and his team for anyone seeking to purchase a home! Wayne worked with us from December of 24- May of 25. Through multiple houses and negotiations Wayne was on our side. He was always available and ensured that our happiness and worry’s were always put at ease. I can’t stress how invaluable Wayne was in the house hunting process. If I ever have to buy or sell in the Pensacola area again I will use Wayne and his team.
