I can truly say, that if you're looking for a home, Shaunna is the one you need to talk to. She made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She answered every question in great detail, provided next steps and stated what is to be expected so that you are not blind sided by anything! She will take the time to find all of the resources that you need. Absolutely wonderful in all aspect of home searching! I would give 100 stars if I could!

Robin was wonderful. She listened to all my wants and needs, helping me find the PERFECT home. I was a first time buyer and she made the process as easy as it could be, explaining every step along the way. I couldn’t be more happy with her as my realtor. She is the best!

Anita was great to work with.she went above and beyound in helping me with my home purchase.I lived out of the area and she would go and video the homes i wanted to look at. That kind if service is far beyound any thing i would expect..I Highley recomend Anita for your home purchase

As out of state buyers, Jim and his wife Anita were amazing to deal with. They are without a doubt some of the most honorable and honest people I have met in my life. As the saying goes, true salt of the earth individuals. You will not find someone more honest and with more integrity than the Deems. We were buying a home in the Pensacola area while living 1,500 miles away and felt a strong sense of comfort knowing they were representing our interests, they ensured the sellers were honoring the contractual agreements in our absence, and were there for us 100% of the time. When we were there for short periods of time, I also truly appreciated their punctual and on time consistency. Those that know will understand, on time is late, 15 minutes early is on time. They were always ready 15 minutes early and 100% prepared, which I truly appreciated given our time was limited. For anyone going thorough PCS who needs a trustworthy partner to help them find their new home in Pensacola, these are your realtors to help you through those stressful decisions. There is noone I would trust more. And if you are a seller, there is no one more honest to represent you. Just know, there is no one more professional, open, honest, and trustworthy than the Deems. Buying or selling a home, and moving, regardless or reason (PCS, job relocation, or starting a new chapter) is stressful for anyone, and Jim and Anita are great at helping you make this transition and bring some peace of mind during the process.
