As first-time homebuyers, we were naturally a little overwhelmed by the process, but working with Wayne made everything so much easier. My husband and I recently purchased a new home in Pensacola Florida. We had the absolute PLEASURE of working with Anita. She was easy to communicate with & this was especially important since we were coming all the way from Wisconsin to find a home in the Pensacola area. She had a wealth of knowledge and answered any questions that we asked. She was friendly, punctual, & professional, and best of all she remained adamant on helping us find a home that we love without being pushy or using any high pressure sales tactics. I have never been so impressed! She honestly went above and beyond her duties, by giving us all the info to hook up the utilities and even referred us to an amazing and affordable home inspector, got us an estimate from a company to fence in the back yard. She was always in touch throught the whole process and even during our travels. We will be buying more properties in the future and we would definitely be willing to work with Anita again.
