We truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. From start to finish, Wade was incredible. He fought for what we wanted, advocated for us every step of the way, and never once made us feel like our (very) knit-picky requests were too much. He worked around the clock to make sure everything stayed on track and was always quick to communicate updates, answer questions, and ease any stress that came up. We always felt informed, supported, and confident because of him. Buying and selling at the same time can be overwhelming, but he made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Working with Wade to sell my home was truly a great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both my property and the real estate market, which made me feel confident throughout the entire process. Wade went above and beyond to help get the house ready to sell, visiting frequently and making sure every detail was taken care of. He even helped to coordinate and schedule subcontractor's and other professionals to come out to the house to complete work and evaluations. He also understood how meaningful this home was to me — it was my childhood home — and he kept that in mind throughout the entire process. Wade was always mindful of the emotions tied to selling a place with so much history, and I genuinely appreciated the care and sensitivity he brought to every step. His communication was excellent — I always received timely updates, honest guidance, and advice that clearly had my best interests in mind. Wade represented us as the buyer for our initial purchase of our home and then represented us as the seller when we were ready to sell our home. Each experience with Wade was very positive. As the buyer, the process went off without a hitch. As the seller, we definitely had ups and downs with the buyer, but Wade made the process easier. Wade did a great job with every step of the process and was very knowledgeable every step of the way! I think every step is important, but to me it was the home inspection(even with it being a new build) he has a great connection with a very good home inspector that was very professional, informative, and thorough. I think Wade is very motivated to help you find the home that you are looking for and goes above and beyond to meet your needs and answer questions! I will be keeping in touch with Wade in the future for buying and selling!
