We have been looking to purchase a house in the Eugene-Springfield area for over a year. While we have bought and sold many homes in many states over several years, we never encountered such a volatile market for buyers. We were fortunate to work with Clint Lewis for most of the time and found him to be extremely well tuned to the market, a consummate professional and most important for us, very patient. He was very aware of the limits we had set on a purchase and worked with us through several failed bids and eventually directed us to a perfect fit for our needs. James was a great realtor to work with. My husband and I were looking for a home for ourselves and our 3 kids and James went above and beyond to help make that happen. He explained what the process was step by step and made it easy for us to understand since we were first time home buyers.
