Wade is an amazing realtor. He has helped me from the beginning of the process until the end of the process and beyond! I have my dream home because of Wade’s diligence. It is a tough market for buyers and Wade got the job done. He not only helped me with the buying process but he has continued to help me after I closed. He has arranged painters, ductwork cleaning, carpet cleaning, and a handyman. All of the people he has recommended to do work on my house have done a fabulous job. Wade even ordered and installed a knob on my stove. He is an all inclusive realtor. If you are buying or selling a home Wade is the only one to call!

I purchased my home out of state and was looking for someone with experience with the specific needs of virtual clients and first-time homebuyers. Wade was the exact fit! I made previous attempts at purchasing a home, but ended up with agents that ranged from lackluster to downright malicious. I found Wade online and was drawn to his years of experience, familiarity with the area I was interested in, and background in new construction homes. Working with him was a rejuvenating breath of fresh air, especially after gut punches from previous realtors. Wade’s industry experience and expertise shined in the virtual home tours we scheduled. He went beyond what you’d expect in a normal tour, pointing out details that I would never even think to ask about—the type of shingle on a roof, a faulty manufacturer of an electrical box, outdated piping, the condition of the windows, and so much more. He clearly detailed things things that were/would be in need of repair or replacing and shared rough estimates of the costs. I feel like I gained an education in real estate terms and home-building details working with Wade, which speaks volumes to his openness and experience. Wade has an easy-going, relatable style that meets people where they are at. He answered all of my questions along the way and always made himself available. Another thing I really appreciated was that he didn’t make up or guess at answers to my questions. He was always willing to check with the listing agent, his professional contacts (in fencing, home inspections, title company, home painters, etc.), or even the County to ensure I had accurate information. Even after closing on my home, while I was still out of state, Wade continued to be a valuable resource as I worked through some home repairs from a distance. Wade is an experienced, dedicated agent that will help you find the right place for you to call home!

Wade was referred to us by a dear friend and former RE Broker. He came by to walk through the house, ask our expectations and start the sales process. After a few days for research of our neighborhood, Wade returned with the market information. We signed with him, the house was on the market as requested. Over 3 days, we had 37 showings and 8 offers! All over asking! We cannot recommend Wade highly enough.

Wade helped me sell a house for the 1st time. I walked away with more money than our best case scenario. He is very personable and very available for conversations and was able to answer all my questions regarding contract and process. Clearly he has been working in real estate for a long time and he would be my first call for anything real estate. He negotiated contract issues for me and got me what I wanted. I highly recommend.
