Myandi was beyond incredible. She is very kind. Her professionalism in handling pushy and unreasonable buyers and their agents made the process more than manageable. She is very knowledgeable in negotiating a fair price and she is easy to work with. She went above and beyond to handle a difficult situation which proves her passion for her job. She is quick to come up with resolutions and if she is not sure of an answer she is quick to use her resources and get back to you in a timely manor. This was my first time working with Myandi and I most certainly will be reaching out to her again in the future. I most definitely recommend her to anyone.

Though there were a few hiccups in the beginning due to miscommunication, Angela was able to adapt to our expectations as 2nd time home buyers. To be fair, our expectations were high compared to others who may be new to this. But, she accepted them with grace and understanding. Overall, it was a positive experience.

My wife and I collaborated with Jimmy and his team when we purchased our house. I must say that this woman was completely mistaken in her opinion of Jimmy. Keep in mind, this was our first time buying a house, and we had numerous fears about the entire process. Jimmy was undoubtedly an angel sent from above when it came to all things real estate and the home-buying/selling process. He proactively managed every situation that arose, and trust me, we had quite a few challenges with the sellers we purchased from. He eliminated the uncertainty and headaches, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves as we searched for the perfect home. My favorite aspect of Jimmy is his honesty. He never sugarcoated anything, which my wife and I appreciated given our military background. Short, sweet, and to the point is exactly what we requested, and Jimmy delivered. In fact, I’ve already recommended him to all my friends and family moving to Virginia. If you’re looking for a home in Virginia, there’s no doubt who your realtor should be. The answer is always Jimmy. Eliminate all the nonsense and work with Jimmy; he’ll help you get into the house of your dreams.

Working with Becca was an excellent experience from beginning to end. She assisted me and my wife in selecting the type of home that had what we were both looking for. Becca's experience in the realty industry was a great help, starting with the lending application all the way to closing.
