Cassie was a phenomenal agent to work with. She listened to what we wanted along with our ideas and did everything she could to support us. She was consistently available to answer questions and address concerns. If I found a perceived problem or legitimate problem she had it corrected or explained in less than 24 hours. She spent several hours diligently working to find a buyer for our very unique property. Our house was off the market and sold in less than 40 days. All the while she was working on finding us a new house. She spent several hours a day working with us and addressing our concerns and specific wants for our relocation. She advocated strongly to get us the best deal possible and stayed true to her word. When we had a discrepancy with the lender we initially chose, she put us in touch with a different one who far exceeded what we thought was possible. This who situation was truly unique and a first time for her and she handled it flawlessly with a level of promptness that I thought died out years ago. If we were to sell and buy again we would definitely use her. The biggest take away; selling, buying, and moving occurred in less than 40 days.

Cassie was outstanding realtor. It was my pleasure to work with such a great realtor. She was extremely professional and patient we with me during the home finding process. She looked at, and sent me videos of every home ( 27 homes to be exact) I asked her to look at for me. When I finally found the home I wanted purchased Cassie already had her fully qualified team ready and willing to assist with every aspect of my purchase. Her having a great support team, was critical. It made the home buying go extremely smooth. During the negotiation process, Cassie when to " War" for me. She managed to get the seller to totally REPLACE the deck, reroute a water drainage ditch, and get the crawlspace dried out from all of the moisture that was there. She did all those things while managing to to get the seller to lower the asking price by 10,000 dollars. I will definitely recommend Cassie to anyone that is looking to purchase a home in North Carolina

Gloria was a big part of me being able to find the perfect size of land and lock it in at a great price for my needs. She did more then just look up what was available on the obvious sites and found me a piece that I did not find anywhere else. This was the smoothest transaction I have had when buying land or a house. She was available to answer questions whenever I had some come up. I will for sure use her services again and I highly recommend.

Gloria went above and beyond to make sure our land parcel purchase went smoothly. She learned the terms, she did her research, she made sure we didn’t settle for less than what we were looking for and always kept our vision in mind. We now live in a beautiful home on that parcel of land in an area we thought would always be out of reach to us.
