Vincent did an outstanding job, as my realtor, when purchasing my new condo. He went above and beyond being helpful as he guided us through the purchasing process. His knowledge of the condo's rules and regulations in addition to the area was superior to other realtors. The closing process went smoothly due to Vincent's expertise and responsiveness. Vinny is the best realtor you will work with whether you're buying or selling. He helped us buy and sell 2 properties in the past 15 years (plus renting them out multiple times) and it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He knows the area and market very well, and his experience is unmatched. He is very responsive and always available. His experience in negotiations is also extremely valuable.

I had the pleasure of working with Vincent Vetrano of Douglas Elliman. I was selling my home after 29 years, and as anyone who has lived in a house that long knows, the emotional and physical effort that one goes through getting the house ready and sold is a monumental task. Vincent is an extraordinary broker always going above and beyond through the whole process. He escorted every showing, made sure the house was left as found, he worked with the buyer’s agent in a very collaborative way, he is extremely knowledgeable of the Westchester area and provided guidance when needed. He also recommended a number of amazing resources to assist in getting the sale to the endpoint. Vincent is also a good trouble-shooter. There are always issues that arise and he was willing to jump in and work as part of a team to get to a resolve. I would recommend him highly if you are contemplating a sale or purchase. He is a pleasure to deal with.
