I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Vanessa Stoddard. As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea where to start or what to expect. Vanessa made sure that I was informed and kept on track with explanations and advice through the entire process. There were a few points where it did become a little stressful and Vanessa stepped in and made sure everything kept moving smoothly and guided me through so I could close on my house on time. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market!

Vanessa has been super knowledgeable n all of my and my husbands questions. He was always available when we had questions and concerns. She was always very professional yet personable at the same time. She helped us sell our home in 3 weeks after helping us find our forever home?? I would recommend her to all my family and friends. She will get the job done.

This will be my second time using Vanessa as a realtor to purchase a house. I highly recommend her! Anytime we had issues with understanding any of the process, she was always there. She is very patient and understanding on how picky we could be.
