Vanessa is one of the most attentive, communicative, caring, and knowledgeable realtors that I've met. In Miami especially, there are a lot of realtors who are in the profession for the money. Instead, Vanessa is in it because she wants her clients to achieve their goals. At no point in our process (buying and selling) was Vanessa pushy - in fact, she encouraged us to look at as many properties as possible so we could figure out what we wanted. She's also always reachable. While she was out of the country with her family, Vanessa communicated with us everyday. I know that Vanessa got us the best deal possible, and I strongly recommend her and her whole team.

Vanessa is amazing. She works tirelessly and is available at all times to market and show your home. I would not have survived the selling process without her expertise and support. When she puts her mind to something she is all in and gets the job done. Not to mention she has a great personality and her team is lovely to work with. I am so grateful for the Maggi team. I would recommend Vanessa in a heartbeat.

Quite simply, we would NOT have been successful in purchasing our town home in the Grove without Jacqui's expert and calm guidance on how to bid and counter, during the negotiations for this property. She was also flexible in HOW she worked with us (voice, text, social media) as we were traveling during the buying process - and she always finished out the day by giving us an update on where things were at / what needed to be handled / what we were still waiting for answers on from the sellers; which we greatly appreciated.

Vanessa sold our home in Miami Shores. She had us under contract within days of going to market and we sold very close to asking price. She has an amazing team including impeccable photography. Vanessa and her team do what it takes to get a deal done. She is the absolute best to hire in Miami Shores if you want to sell your house fast and at the top dollar.
