Valerie was an incredible agent. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and made the process of searching for a home as easy as possible. She was always in touch and I always felt like she was looking out for us. We had a great experience and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and have already told a few friends about her.

Valerie is an incredible agent and is extremely knowledgable about the housing market. After searching for a house for over a year with different agents, Valerie was recommended to us through a friend. Her professionalism and experience were immediately evident. She was able to not only provide great suggestions, but also answer all of our questions which made the process much simpler for first time home buyers. She goes above and beyond in terms of client service and was extremely patient with us. We would absolutely love to work with Valerie again and definitely recommend her!

Valerie is a true professional and her knowledge of the local market and its intricacies are beyond compare. I benefitted tremendously by working with her on the sale of my home and the ensuing search for a new place to call home. She understood the emotional aspects of the decision-making for a long time homeowner and became a true partner in the entire process of literally and figuratively closing one door and opening another. She listened intently and her advice was on point, clear and practical. The added benefit of working with Valerie is her deep network of contacts related to her experience and success in her field. Valerie should be your first call on a search to buy or to sell.

Valerie is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does. My wife and I decided to take the plunge and look for our first house back in August. A friend of my wife referred us to Valerie, after our first conversation we both knew that Valerie would be the one. What stuck out the most was her making sure that we were in control of everything and she was there to aid us in anything we needed. She has drawn out steps and explanations that goes into purchasing a home and what to expect going forward. To be completely honest, we had no idea what we were doing. I mean, you can google as much as you can, but there are some things that only comes with experience, and Valerie proved that (over and over again). We needed a mortgage broker, within 5 minutes she gave us 3 numbers and told us to call and choose. She didn't push us in any direction, always ready to support us in every decision we made as far as who we chose. We needed an attorney, inspector, and septic inspector (didn't even know we needed this, but luckily this came in handy) she always had recommendations. That's what she kept on drilling into our heads, what she was giving us was just recommendations, it was up to us to choose. We trusted Valerie enough to go with some of the people she recommended. Valerie is so respected amongst her peers that every time I mentioned I was working with her they only had positive things to say. Even going as far as congratulating me on choosing such a great agent. I know this is a little long, but I can't stress this enough, you need someone like Valerie when you're buying a house. You need someone who listens, understands, and executes whatever you need. A respected individual in the industry who can make things happen because people listen to her. Her clients are her first priority, and she proved that with us time and time again during the process. A person who would answer EVERY question I had, no matter how dumb it was (she assured me there was no dumb questions, but trust me, they were dumb), and made sure she had the correct answer. We closed on our first house 2/1/21 (yes during the blizzard), and the house is our dream house. So Valerie, thank you for making our dream come true. It would have never happened without your hard work, dedication, and your tenacity. We can't thank you enough, seriously. -Vin

Valerie was originally recommended to us by a friend but upon meeting her she immediately set us at ease with her friendliness and ability to understand our needs and explain the entire house buying process (we are first time home buyers). She was always very responsive, often calling us in the car between clients, which was great considering the quickness of the market and the stress of buying a home. When we wanted to put in an offer on a house, she gave us great advice on how to be competitive, continuously communicated with the sellers agent, and gave us updates as we knew more information. Once we officially went into contract, she continued to patiently answer all our questions (no matter the time of day) and helped guide us through the process, which has been extremely helpful and comforting. Overall, Valerie has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire house search and contract process. She has a great understanding of many different regions of Westchester, will always make time for her clients, and has just made this experience that much easier for us. Highly recommend!!
