Pamela helped us sell two properties. The first was our four bedroom house which we had in lived for 48 years. Recently, she helped us sell the condo that we lived in for the next five years. In both cases Pamela did a great job of staging and advertising the properties. She understands the residential market and pricing. Both properties sold quickly. She helped us review competing bids. Pamela gave us comprehensive support throughout the entire process.

Pamela is an outstanding realtor! She is honest, highly efficient, personable and made you feel at ease during the entire process. She was available at any time of the day to answer any of our questions or concerns. We met her on a Friday, the house was on the market the following week and sold within two weeks above the asking price. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

We are so grateful to have worked with Pamela Grunstein! As first-time homebuyers in this crazy market, she guided us throughout the process and made recommendations as needed. It was very easy to communicate with her. She has a good team that she works with (inspector, attorney, contractor, etc.) and she is available to assist at each step. She even had suggestions on whom to connect with on social media to get familiar with the local community! Pamela is amazing and we will not hesitate to work with her again!

We worked with Pamela and can't say enough good things! She was patient with us ( we were looking for about 2 years!), helpful and always available. We finally found our dream home and she made sure everything went well! She was diligent with the inspection, and extremely thorough with the final walk through. I appreciated that Pamela was not just about the sale - but truly was about finding her clients a home they could be happy in!
