My husband and I recently bought a condo for our child to live in while attending the University of Alabama and I wanted to share our wonderful experience working with Tyler Bigbie! Tyler made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He really understood our needs and found the perfect place for us to have in Tuscaloosa. Tyler’s insights and advice were invaluable in making sure the property met all of our needs as a long term rental, a home for our child, a short term rental down the road and also an excellent investment for us for the future. My wife and I recently bought a condo at Watercress in Tuscaloosa, AL. As someone who works in real estate, I can’t say enough about Tyler. He was one of the best realtors I’ve worked with. He was always, quick to answer our questions and return calls and emails. I highly recommend him.

Tyler was so helpful each step of the way! He was always willing to chat over the phone (which my fiancé did a lot) and answer a million questions as we navigated our purchase of our first home! In the end he helped us get a great deal on our first house, and has still kept in touch and stayed updated on our journey! We will recommend again and again!
