I first met Troy at a Woodinville event and was very impressed with the information he gave me about his real estate company. We had tried to sell our house right when the interest rates skyrocketed a couple of years ago with another agent and decided to pull it off the market. Ever since we’ve been waiting for the economy to improve, but had kept in contact with Troy off and on. He was always very patient to answer our questions about market conditions and the other real estate questions. We knew that when we decided to sell, it would be Troy that we would choose as our realtor. This spring Troy contacted us and told us he had some clients coming from overseas that was that were looking to buy a house and he was wondering if he could show our house. Even though we were not yet prepared to list, we felt we had nothing to lose so said yes. Troy was able to sell our house immediately to them! Troy was extremely helpful in advising us on all the aspects of the sale, inspection, and negotiation. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

If you are looking for someone who actually cares about the experience that you have while buying a home, this is the right guy for you! Jesse was referred to us by a family member who used Jesse when they bought their home a few years ago. Jesse is truly great at his job and goes above and beyond for his clients. Jesse had a lender he recommended to us as well, and they were great! Jesse and his lender worked like a well-oiled machine. Jesse is really great at hearing what you're saying and staying in contact with you throughout the whole process. This was a pretty painless experience as first time home buyers because of Jesse and the hard work he put into helping us find and secure the right home for our family ?? 10/10 we will be reccomending Jesse to anyone we know that's looking to buy a home!

My wife and I solicited a realtor via an online portal which I chose three to interview. The first was from a large firm that was not prepared, the second was an experienced realtor that offered no services or guidance we did not already know. The third was Troy with Tend Home Team. Troy was well prepared brining local market conditions, historical pricing and local comps as well as describing the services he offered to make the process easier. We chose Troy because we had a very short time line to get the home on the market and sold because we were moving out of state. Troy went right to work on providing a detailed schedule of events that would make our deadline. My wife and I had to finish landscaping in our yard. Troy supplied companies to bid and helped organize and schedule work where we came up short. Troy offered his moving truck which we used twice and saved us time and money. He also staged our home, had it professionally cleaned and suggested we have a pre-inspection completed. We did and were able to address all issues immediately before it was on the market. Once it hit the market our house sold in less than two days for above listing price negotiated by Troy. We can't thank Troy enough for taking care of the things that we were not prepared for and guiding us through the whole process. I would recommend Troy and the team at Tend to anyone looking to sell their home.
